Cancellation

Should you need to cancel please observe the following:

Cancellation charges will be applied to confirmed bookings cancelled within the following periods:

5 working days - 100% of group costs
7 working days - 50% of group costs

“Working days” are defined as a full standard working day of 9a.m. to 5p.m. Monday to Friday. For example, if you cancel a booking on a Monday for a Friday group then this will constitute four working days not five.

Terms of payment are strictly 7 days from date of invoice.

Services

Should a malfunction of recording equipment occur (audio, video or digital) and no recordings are able to be made, you will be offered either:

(a) A full refund of any room hire during the period the audio video
equipment was out of order

(b) An equivalent replacement booking

Viewpoint will accept no responsibility for delays caused beyond its control such as transport problems.

The maximum liability to be awarded by Viewpoint shall be equal to and no more than the value of the venue hire fee for the actual booking.

Property

Viewpoint will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by the client as a result of any loss, damage or deterioration to any stored materials.

Respondents

In accordance with AMSRS policy, Viewpoint does not have access to respondent details.
Information relating to respondents will remain the property of the researcher/client.
Recruitment is the responsibility of the researcher/client.
