Usability Testing

Viewpoint offers the facilities to hold usability testing clinics. Usability testing is a qualitative method of observing how a customer can use interactive technologies. The client observes these actions from a viewing room.

The facilities also allow for recordings of all on-screen customer procedures, accompanied by an audio recording of the respondent’s commentary. An optional video overlay to gauge a participant’s facial expressions is also available.
